We are based in South Warrington, Cheshire, and mainly ship to the UK.
We aim to despatch goods within 1-3 days, please add 2-3 days for personalised orders.

All shipping costs are shown at checkout, based generally on weight, but may vary slightly due to size or bulk of the item:

Mini – £1.65 (under 100g)
Small – £2.95 (under 250g)
Medium – £4.95
Large – £7.95

Parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the location and size of your order.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they input their address correctly and are available to accept deliveries. Any changes that need to be made to your delivery address should be sent to sales@craftmakingideas.com immediately, quoting your order reference. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make any changes after the order has been processed but we will try our best where we can.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, personalised items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records.

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
