Twiddle Blanket

A twiddle blanket offers soothing sensory stimulation for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, or anxiety. Sometimes called a fidget blanket or sensory mat, it provides a safe and calming way to ease restlessness.

Each twiddle blanket features a variety of textures, colours, and tactile elements including buttons, ribbons, and soft fabrics. These sensory additions engage the hands and mind, helping reduce anxiety, improve fine motor skills, and provide a comforting sense of familiarity.

Perfect for use at home, in care homes, or during hospital stays.

Each blanket has been made by a small Craft Group based in South Warrington. The proceeds from any online sales of blankets or sleeves are used to purchase more materials to enable the group to make donations to local Care Homes.
